Futsal Tournament 2024/25 Sign-Up and Information
Welcome to the official sign-up and information page for the Futsal Tournament 2024/25. Below you'll find all the essential details about the tournament, how to sign up, and the main rules governing the games. Whether you're an experienced player or new to futsal, we invite you to join us for an exciting season!
How to sign up
Only members of the club can sign up. To pay the membership navigate to subscription in the topmenu and pay the fall payment of 200kr. Make sure to download the SPOND app as this is the app we use to invite members to games and practices. A guide on how to download SPOND can be found in the topmenu under "SPOND".
Once you are a member of the club then you can sign up on the Futsal excel sheet:

After filling out your information in the sheet, then we will add you to the SPOND group called "Futsal". Now you will be able to see all the games and get invited to games.
Game Schedule and Locations
- Game Days: Matches are held on Saturdays or Sundays, starting from November to early March.
- Locations: Games take place in various sports halls around Copenhagen, including:
- Valby
- Sundby Hallen
- Hal C
- Bellahøj Hallen
- Ryparken
- Team Rotation: Teams have games on different weeks. Some weeks, both teams might have a game; other weeks, only one team plays
- Home and Away: The designation of "home" or "away" does not affect the game location.
Schedule
Main Rules for Futsal 2024/25
Understanding the rules ensures fair play and an enjoyable experience for all participants.
Ball
Official futsal size, which is heavier than a normal ball.
Player equipment
- Indoor shoes.
- Shin guards (must be covered by sock).
- The goalkeeper must wear a different color (a training bib is acceptable).
Team
- 5 players on each team, with one goalkeeper wearing a different color.
- 7 substitute players are allowed.
- There are no limits to the number of "flying" substitutions during a match.
- There must be a captain who, draws lots for the ptichside at the start of the match.
- The team mentioned as the away team in the program must change to a different color shirt if both teams have the same color jersey.
- Both teams must bring at least one approved ball.
Fouls and misconduct
- A yellow card for substitutions that do not follow the rules.
- If the ball hits the ceiling, the match restarts with a kick-in.
- A yellow card means 2 minutes off the field, and a player sent off for 2 minutes can only re-enter the game with the referee's permission.
- A red card means a suspension for the day.
- A sliding tackle results in a yellow card.
- A goalkeeper is considered a field player when outside their own penalty area but cannot control the ball for more than 4 seconds on their own half.
- Every sixth foul on the opposing team turns into a direct freekick from the middle of the pitch with no player wall. The count of fouls resets every half.
Substitution
- A substitution can be made when the ball is in or out of play. A so called flying substitution.
- The player leaving the field must do so from their own team's substitution area.
- The player coming on must also do so from their own team's substitution area, but only after the substituted player has crossed the sideline.
- A goalkeeper can swap places with any other player.
- All players and staff on the substitution bench must sit down when no substitution is in progress.
Match
- In DAI's tournament, you can score directly from the kick-off.
- In DAI, a match can start with 4 players, but if a team is not up to 5 players after 5 minutes, the referee must stop the match.
- A match lasts 2 x 20 minutes with a 5-minute break.
- Teams are entitled to request a 1-minute timeout in each half. The team leader giving instructions is not allowed to enter the field.
- We play with kick-ins, not throw-ins.
- You cannot score directly from a goal throw.
