Price and Payment
It is a prerequisite for membership of the organization that you sign up for payment via a payment card approved by the organization and its suppliers.
The organization uses DIBS A/S, which is approved by NETS A/S for all transactions. All transactions are processed in encrypted form, which means no card data is visible.
A receipt for your payment is sent by email. By registering, you accept the organization’s terms.
You cancel your membership and the associated membership fee payment by contacting the organization and possibly terminating your membership. See further information elsewhere on the website or contact the organization if in doubt.
When you purchase goods or services from the organization via the website, payment with Dankort and Visa/Dankort is processed by Nets A/S. When paying with MasterCard (and others), payment is processed by Swedbank or Teller. Payments are handled in encrypted form by DIBS A/S.
By using the website to pay for goods and services etc. from the organization, you accept that the organization administers your payment in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these terms of trade.
The organization may charge a fee in connection with your payment on the website. Any such fee will always be stated clearly in every place where a transaction can be made and will also be clearly indicated in all listed prices on the website. In addition, any fee charged will be shown on your receipt.
As a rule, the following payment cards can be used on the website: Dankort, Visa/Dankort. In some cases, MasterCard (and others) can also be used. This will be clearly stated in several places on the website.
Payment for services such as membership fees, team participation, etc., is made in advance. Goods purchased in the webshop are paid for when the item is shipped or handed over.
The organization uses DIBS A/S as its payment gateway. DIBS A/S is responsible for the encrypted transaction between your payment card and the card acquirer. Read more at dibs.dk about online payment security.
All prices mentioned on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Recurring/Automatic Deduction
For recurring/automatic deductions, you must, in connection with your first payment, authorize the organization to debit your payment card for future payments, until you either change your membership or cancel your membership in the organization.
The amount you pay for the organization’s membership is automatically debited from your payment card.
No later than 10 days before each payment, you can receive an email/text message informing you of the amount you will be charged.
In the case of recurring/automatic card charges, your card information is not stored by the organization, but by DIBS A/S.
Before the payment card’s expiry date or if there are changes to the card information, the organization will send a reminder by email. You must then make the membership payment or register with the new payment card.
When you have received your new payment card, you must log in to the organization’s Klubmodul and update the card information.
If your payment card is blocked, you are responsible for registering a new payment card. This can also be done in the organization’s Klubmodul, as described above.
Right of Cancellation
As a rule, there is no right of cancellation on purchased services such as membership fees, team participation, etc. (see “Act on Certain Consumer Agreements § 18 para. 12”). In special cases, an agreement can be made regarding a refund upon cancellation with the provider of the service in question. It is the consumer’s responsibility to contact the organization providing the service within 14 days after the purchase took place, if so.
If you have purchased a product from the webshop, you have a 14-day right of cancellation, which applies from the time of delivery. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation for a product, you must return the product to the organization that supplied it before the cancellation period expires.
Disclaimer of Liability
Klubmodul ApS and the current organization, sports club, or association are not liable for breakdowns or lack of access to the website, power failures or internet connection interruptions, vandalism to the system (both physical, as well as computer viruses and hacking), misuse of personal data, or other circumstances outside our control.
Klubmodul ApS and the current organization can under no circumstances be held liable for the use of the website or Klubmodul.
Reservations are made for typing and pricing errors as well as incorrectly stated times and locations.
Klubmodul ApS and the current organization do not guarantee that the website and any advertisements made available on it are error-free, available, correct, accurate, reliable, up to date, secure, delivered on time, or can be used for the stated purpose.
Although we strive to ensure that the information on the website is correct, we do not promise that it is precise or complete. Klubmodul ApS and the current organization may make changes to the material on this website, or to the services and prices described, at any time and without notice. The material on the website may be outdated, and Klubmodul ApS and the current organization are not obligated to update such material.
Klubmodul ApS and the current organization shall not be liable for direct losses, consequential damages, including operating losses, lost profits, or indirect losses suffered by the customer, the customer’s buyers/clients/customers, or third parties due to errors in an advertisement text or photo.

You are responsible for the security of the password you have used to register on the website. Unless Klubmodul ApS or the current organization discloses your password to a third party through negligence, Klubmodul ApS and the current organization are not liable for unauthorized transactions made using your name and password

Compensation
: If you are not satisfied with the quality of a service or the service we have provided, and you want the amount refunded or a proportional reduction in price or other compensation, you must contact us as described above.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling any of our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
Force Majeure includes any act, event, non-occurrence, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes, in particular (without limitation), the following:
Strike, lockout, or other collective labor disputes
Civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat of or preparation for war
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disaster
Impossibility of the use of railways, ships, aircraft, road transport, or other public or private transport
Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks
Any government action, decree, legislation, regulations, or restrictions.
Our fulfillment of a contract is deemed suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.
We will do our best to end the Force Majeure event or find a solution by which our obligations under the contract can be performed despite the Force Majeure event.
