We are going to be having our annual general meeting on the 6th of February
The meeting is going to revolve around the vision and goals for the club as well as choosing new board members and chairmen.
The meeting is going to be held in building 303 on Lyngby campus at 18:00

The provisional agenda
The agenda for the ordinary general meeting includes the following items (this will be updated):
- Election of chairman.
- Board's report for the past year.
- Presentation of the financial statements for the past year and the budget for the upcoming year for approval.
- Determination of membership fees, cf. § 5.
- Consideration of any proposed suggestions.
- Election of president.
- Election of vice president/short administrator.
- Election of treasurer.
- Election of the remaining board members.
- Election of auditor.
- Any other business.
